We all make a vaild contribution in one way or another and we don't have to be rich or expert to be successful in life - the size of my overdraft says it all, but I'm happy ;D
Anway, when I was a little girl I always wanted to be a teacher but somehow got a little lost along the career path and ended up in the printing and media industry. It's only now, as I approach my 40th year, that I'm embarking on a career in teaching (my training starts next week).
So, those of you soul bros and sisters out there reading this, what work do you do, did you do, or would you like to to do (it's never to late)?

Me, I'm a manager in the asset management department for one of the regions major utilities, sounds a bit boring doesn't it... infact it's not, I must be one of the lucky ones who actually enjoys his job, but that wasn't what I wanted to when I was at school .... always wanted be a graphic artist.
As for the going back to college lark did it 1990 ... enjoyed every bloody minute of it despite having next to no sodding money all the time

Reply to Mooma: Thanks for your support Mooma, and welcome to my little forum PS. Hope you are fully recovered from your birthday celebrations! Reply to MickD: You've got to manage your assets (sounds like a song title!), and managing your assets with a smile on your face is even better! I know what you mean about the not having money bit - but those of us lucky enough to see through the materialistic waste in this world, and know there is more to life, and as long as you have the basic necessities; water, food warmth, someone to love and care for, and of course an internet connection, then who needs all that other stuff :-)
